    Wonderful and fairly clean place with lovely staff from receptionist to room cleaning staff and drivers who take you up to your room. Great location in the great area, adjacent to the lobby/restaurant, transport and Phuket Thailand. A wide range of food options at a walking distance from the venue.

    Fine views from the hillside! Staff efficiency impressed me-shuttles arrived within minutes, awesome for effortless access to amenities!

    The wellness facilities struggled with cleanliness. Cockroaches were an unwelcome sight. Reception seemed disorganized, causing some frustration

    Check-in was swift, under 10 minutes, with friendly staff assisting with bags. The pool access room offered ample space and a fine mountain view for just over $100 AUD, a considerable value compared to other resorts. Breakfast was decent, and the free shuttle service to the beach was reliable, but the location on a steep hill might deter those preferring to walk.

    A Mixed Bag with Amazing Views

    We upgraded to a fine new suite with a private jacuzzi. Staff, particularly Mayya, were helpful. Enjoyed the peaceful pool area despite the noise from parties elsewhere. I recommend bringing your own kitchen utensils as the provided ones were lacking. Worth it for the views!

    Recommend it for families who want a unique experience

    I stayed in a One Bedroom Suite Pool Access, perfect for our family. The kids loved having the pool right outside the door, it was convenient to cool off after a hot day.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the amenities we got, it felt acceptable.

    The room was spacious and clean, and we really appreciated the beautiful infinity pool view at sunset.
